Social Media Marketing Intern

Phixy is an AI networking platform focused on helping students identify relevant connections and improve cold outreach. The Social Media Marketing Intern will build the company's presence across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn by creating content, testing formats and distribution strategies, developing creator and user-generated content programs, and analyzing performance.

Responsibilities:

• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Come up with original content ideas around recruiting, networking, careers, and student life
• Turn trends, conversations, and internet moments into content that feels like Phixy
• Help build Phixy's creator and UGC program
• Test hooks, formats, and distribution strategies to figure out what actually works
• Track performance and use what you learn to make the next piece better

Requirements:

• Currently an undergraduate
• You already post publicly and have been doing it for a while, whether on TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn
• You can shoot and edit short-form video yourself
• You're fluent in internet culture, not just observant of it
• People tend to tell you that you have good taste
