REMOTE Services Associate | Entry-Level Customer Service

Globe Life is an insurance provider serving working families, veterans, union members, and other eligible members through supplemental insurance and financial protection products. The Remote Services Associate will provide virtual customer service, explain life, accident, and supplemental benefit options, assist with applications and enrollment, and support members after coverage is established.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals from our provided member database
• Identify each member's needs, priorities, and concerns
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual needs
• Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment
• Maintain communication throughout the application process
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Provide ongoing customer service after coverage is established
• Assist members with policy-related questions and claims guidance
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Follow applicable company procedures, state regulations, and ethical standards

• • Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities
• • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
• • Sales or insurance experience is helpful—but not required
