Project Manager

Digiclarity is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner focused on Amazon Connect, agentic voice AI, and contact center modernization. The Project Manager will lead delivery for an active client program by managing Jira, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, requirements, project tracking, client communication, and coordination with a distributed development team. The role also oversees UAT, release readiness, cutover activities, and project documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Jira project: backlog grooming, epic and story structure, sprint boards, velocity tracking, and release planning
• Plan and run sprint ceremonies (planning, daily standup, review, retrospective) with a distributed team across US and India time zones
• Gather and document requirements with client stakeholders, translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and keep the requirements baseline current as scope changes
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact between the client, Digiclarity leadership, and the India development team
• Track scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate early when a commitment is at risk
• Produce weekly status reports and maintain the project plan, RAID log, and change requests
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and cutover activities with the client and the engineering team
• Keep meeting notes, decisions, and action items documented and followed through

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience on software or systems delivery, including at least 2 years running Agile/Scrum teams
• Hands-on Jira administration: configuring boards, workflows, and dashboards, not just updating tickets
• Working knowledge of contact center technology: IVR, ACD and routing, queues and skills, agent desktops, CTI, call recording, telephony carriers, and contact center reporting
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and functional specifications that engineers can build from
• Experience managing offshore or distributed development teams, ideally in India, and the communication habits that go with it
• Comfortable presenting to client stakeholders and running working sessions with them
• Able to start quickly and work independently in a fast-moving engagement
• Amazon Connect experience (contact flows, Lex, Lambda integrations, Contact Lens, or migrations from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, or NiCE). This is a big plus
• AWS familiarity in general, or an AWS certification
• Experience with Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project alongside Jira
• Exposure to conversational AI, voice bots, or agentic AI in a contact center setting
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification
• Prior experience at a consulting or systems integration firm
