Product Marketing Manager

ViewNexa is a streaming platform that helps media companies manage, distribute, and monetize video across digital destinations. The Product Marketing Manager will own market positioning, messaging, sales enablement, demand generation, event marketing, and analyst and trade press relations, with accountability for pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own the ViewNexa narrative: what we do, who it is for, and why we win against each named competitor
• Build and maintain differentiated messaging by segment — local broadcast, station groups, sports, faith and community, international content owners
• Sharpen the consolidation story into language a GM or CFO understands, not just a broadcast engineer
• Develop a credible, honest position on AI in the platform narrative, working with product on what we say now versus what we say on the roadmap
• Build and maintain the full sales asset library: one-pagers, solution briefs, pitch decks, ROI and TCO models, and RFP/RFI response content
• Own competitive battle cards and keep them current as the landscape shifts — a foundation set already exists and needs an owner
• Create segment- and persona-specific decks so reps stop rebuilding slides for every meeting
• Produce customer case studies, reference stories, and proof points from existing deployments
• Run enablement: train the sales team on new positioning, objection handling, and competitive plays
• Own organic search strategy for the terms our buyers actually use — FAST channel platform, OTT app development, SSAI provider, streaming monetization, CTV app publishing
• Build a content program (blog, guides, comparison pages, technical explainers) that earns inbound traffic rather than buying all of it
• Run paid search and paid social against high-intent terms, with clear cost-per-qualified-lead accountability
• Own email nurture, list development, and marketing automation
• Report on pipeline contribution, not impressions
• Own the annual event calendar and budget — NAB Show, IBC, Streaming Media, StreamTV Show, OTT.X, TVNewscheck events, and regional broadcast association meetings
• Define what we are launching or announcing at each event, not just what the booth looks like
• Build pre-event outreach, on-site meeting programs, and post-event follow-up that converts booth traffic into pipeline
• Manage booth design, demo staging, collateral, and speaking submissions
• Measure event ROI honestly and recommend where to stop spending
• Build relationships with the trade press that matters in this category: TVNewscheck, StreamTV Insider, Streaming Media, Broadcast Beat, OTTVerse, Digital TV Europe, TV Tech
• Own the announcement calendar for customer wins, platform releases, and distribution partnerships
• Position ViewNexa with the analysts and researchers our buyers read

Requirements:

• • Direct, hands-on experience marketing a product in live streaming, FAST, OTT, CTV, broadcast technology, or ad tech. This is non-negotiable
• • Fluency in the technical vocabulary of the category — SCTE-35, SSAI/CSAI, VAST/VMAP, ABR, AVOD/SVOD/TVOD, cloud playout, EPG, CTV app publishing
• • Demonstrable product marketing work you can show: positioning documents, battle cards, launch campaigns, sales decks, website rebuilds
• • Real ownership of SEM and SEO, with evidence of how it affected pipeline
• • Experience running or supporting a trade show program, ideally NAB or IBC
• • Comfort working directly with a sales team and being measured on commercial outcomes
• • Prior experience at a streaming platform, cloud playout, FAST distribution, or OTT app vendor
• • Understanding of how broadcasters and station groups actually buy technology, including budget cycles and committee dynamics
• • Existing relationships in broadcast and streaming trade press
• • Experience marketing into local and regional broadcast in particular
• • Familiarity with competitive positioning against Amagi, Wurl, Brightcove, Quickplay, Applicaster, Muvi, or Lightcast
