Information Technology Project Manager

The Future Project Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multinational Salesforce initiatives. The role owns Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating cross-functional and global teams while managing scope, risks, stakeholders, governance, and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of assigned Salesforce projects – Sales and Service Cloud from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, and closeout
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, deliverables, and critical path activities
• Establish clear ownership and accountability across project teams
• Proactively identify what needs to happen next rather than waiting for direction
• Drive projects toward on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
• Coordinate complex initiatives spanning multiple countries, business functions, time zones, and organizational groups
• Work effectively with Salesforce, IT, business, data, architecture, security, compliance, operations, vendors, and other functional teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience , with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects
• Demonstrated experience managing global or multinational Salesforce projects involving multiple business functions, regions, and/or countries
• Proven ability to operate independently — you can be dropped into an existing project or environment and quickly establish control, structure, priorities, and momentum
• Expert knowledge of core project management principles and delivery practices
• Strong experience building and managing project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder analysis, requirements, status reporting, governance, and project controls
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously , likely two at a time
• Strong understanding of Salesforce implementations, integrations, platforms, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or another highly regulated industry
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related credentials
• Experience with global regulatory, compliance, validation, or data requirements
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience managing global system implementations, integrations, or business transformation programs
