Agency Marketing Manager

AgencySacks is seeking an Agency Marketing Manager to support its agency marketing and new-business efforts. The role manages CRM organization, prospect outreach, email campaigns, social content, marketing communications, reporting, and workflow improvement while coordinating closely with agency leadership and the broader team.

Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day organization and maintenance of our new-business CRM (currently Folk)
• Maintain prospect and contact lists, ensuring information is accurate, current and appropriately segmented
• Track prospects through different stages of outreach and ensure planned touchpoints happen on schedule
• Coordinate one-to-one outreach on behalf of agency leadership
• Help research and identify the right contacts within prospective client organizations
• Maintain a clear view of active leads, conversations, next steps and follow-ups
• Keep the broader team accountable to the outreach plan
• Help create and organize new business presentations
• Build and schedule email communications using established templates and approved content
• Create and manage audiences and segmentation for different communications
• QA every communication before it goes out—from names and links to formatting, spelling and recipient lists
• Coordinate the agency's communications calendar across new business, email, social and other channels
• Help manage the practical execution of campaigns from approved content through launch
• Publish approved AgencySacks content across LinkedIn, Instagram, email and other channels
• Manage the day-to-day mechanics of the agency's social presence, including scheduling and community management
• Repurpose existing content appropriately across channels and formats
• Maintain an organized library of agency content, credentials, case studies and marketing assets
• Help ensure AgencySacks shows up consistently and thoughtfully across every outward-facing channel
• Track outreach activity, engagement and new-business progress
• Maintain simple dashboards or reporting that give leadership a clear picture of what's working
• Identify gaps, missed follow-ups and opportunities for greater consistency
• Continually improve the systems and workflows that keep our marketing efforts moving

Requirements:

• • Exceptionally organized and naturally proactive
• • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
• • Is technologically comfortable and quick to learn new platforms
• • Has experience working in CRMs, CMSs, and email marketing platforms
• • Is comfortable managing databases, audiences, lists and segmentation
• • Has excellent written communication and proofreading skills
• • Has a natural appreciation for good design and the visual judgment to recognize quality in the details
• • Understands the basics of social and email marketing execution
• • Can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders without losing track of the details
• • Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• • Knows when to execute, when to ask a question and when to flag a problem
• • Enjoys making systems work better, not simply maintaining them
• • We're less concerned with a specific number of years than with finding someone who has done this kind of work before and can demonstrate real ownership
• • Experience at a creative agency, brand consultancy, professional services firm or premium/luxury brand would be particularly relevant
• This is a primarily remote role, working primarily on New York/Eastern Time
• • Experience marketing to or working with affluent audiences and brands serving them is a plus, as is an existing network within those worlds—but neither is required
