Process Engineering Intern

Ferrovias is seeking a Process Engineering Intern to support engineering changes, product development, and new product launches. The intern will contribute to product design reviews, manufacturing problem-solving, project scheduling, and cross-functional launch support.

Responsibilities:

• Review engineering changes to HVAC product designs, utilizing knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
• Develop and manage project schedules related to existing product launches or design modifications
• Process product design requests by reviewing bills of materials, drawings, and engineering change requests
• Develop engineering solutions to product related issues through problem solving and root cause analysis techniques
• Production engineering support in a high volume manufacturing environment. Able to identify the root cause of issues and implement permanent solutions
• Participate on cross functional teams to launch products, resolve issues, and support product improvements
• Assist production with product launches and issue resolution utilizing product knowledge and issuing pilot run reports

Requirements:

• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Graduation Dates: December 2027 - May 2029
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
