Work Management Designer
The Work Management Solution Designer partners with business, platform, and delivery teams to design scalable work management solutions that improve user experience, efficiency, governance, and business outcomes across client enterprise work management ecosystem.
This consultative, analytical role focuses on understanding business challenges, documenting requirements, evaluating workflows and platform capabilities, and recommending fit-for-purpose solutions using Workfront and other approved Client tools, automation, integrations, AI-enabled features, and third-party solutions.
The ideal candidate combines business analysis, process design, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise platform experience, translating ambiguous needs into scalable, governed solutions from discovery through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
