Sales Development Representative - Mariana Tek

Xplor Technologies provides cloud-based technology and payment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Xplor Mariana Tek is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate sales pipeline by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, booking demos, and supporting CRM data quality and sales training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Generate ideal prospect lists for our team to sell to
• Call prospects and book a demo with our Account Executives
• Target key accounts with multi-modal outreach approach
• Assist in data quality management and enrichment
• Learn CRM best practices and workflows
• Participate in sales training programs

Requirements:

• • Desire to pursue a role in SaaS sales
• • Motivated to make 40+ calls every day
• • Attention to detail
• • Not afraid of rejection from prospects, has tough skin
• • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
• • Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities
• • Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same!

• This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska

• • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
