Project Manager / Estimator

North Shore Masonry specializes in residential and commercial masonry restoration and delivers projects with a focus on transparency, precision, and integrity. The Project Manager / Estimator will manage masonry restoration projects from pre-construction through completion, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, client coordination, and execution oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates using subcontractor bids, supplier quotes, and unit pricing
• Manage budgets and allocate resources across multiple projects
• Create and maintain construction schedules
• Present project breakdowns clearly to clients and internal teams
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
• Complete required job documentation and administrative reporting
• Coordinate closely with office staff and field teams

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in masonry or construction project management and/or estimating
• Cost estimating experience required
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
• Masonry industry experience strongly preferred
