Pega Project Manager - 70319451

Cognizant is a technology and engineering company seeking a Pega Project Manager to lead complex Healthcare programs from strategy through execution and delivery. The role is responsible for program planning, governance, stakeholder communication, delivery oversight, risk management, and business value realization across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Healthcare programs across multiple workstreams
• Define program strategy, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives
• Oversee project execution and ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management objectives are achieved
• Establish governance processes and program reporting mechanisms while driving successful program increments, releases, and go-live activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews and effectively communicating program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans

Requirements:

• Experience leading Agile program delivery across multiple teams and workstreams
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum delivery practices
• Strong program planning and risk management experience
• Experience managing program scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies
• Experience establishing governance processes and executive reporting mechanisms
• Proven ability to build relationships with business leaders, product owners, IT teams, and executive stakeholders
• Experience facilitating steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews
• Ability to track program metrics including velocity, quality, productivity, and business value realization
• Experience identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and supporting audit readiness and quality assurance activities
• Healthcare domain experience
• PMP
• Experience leading large-scale Healthcare programs
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Demonstrated ability to remove delivery impediments and drive cross-team collaboration
• Experience managing complex program dependencies and enterprise-level initiatives
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect
