Project Manager, Temporary

Digital Media Management (DMM) is a full-service digital agency, content studio, and incubator specializing in social-first marketing. The Temporary Project Manager will coordinate internal teams to deliver campaign objectives by managing timelines, project assets, communications, and creative quality while supporting client interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive campaign timelines and schedules
• Provide accurate estimates for small projects
• Regularly review project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality- checked, and closed out
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives
• Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions
• Communicate client campaign objectives and manage internal communications for asset development
• Ensure all creative assets adhere to campaign aesthetics, specifications, and client brand guidelines
• Download, label, and appropriately upload video and photo files as required
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management

Requirements:

• ● 2-5 years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment
• ● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• ● Excellent organizational and time management skills
• ● Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectively
• ● Proficiency in project management software
• ● 9-6pm PST; M-F

Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours

• Applicants must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is limited to U.S.-based employees for payroll and compliance reasons and is not eligible for international remote work
• Experience with Monday.com and Google sheets is a plus
