Affiliate Marketing Manager

Detox Nation is a direct-to-consumer health education company teaching root-cause detoxification to consumers and practitioners. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will build and scale the affiliate channel by recruiting and managing partners, implementing program systems, forecasting performance, coordinating promotions, creating partner assets, protecting brand compliance, and managing an Affiliate Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Partner recruitment and development. You'll design and run a structured outreach system that consistently brings aligned partners into the program. You'll identify, pitch, and close partners whose audiences match ours, and you'll do it on a repeatable cadence
• Relationship management. Recruiting is half the job. The other half is keeping our existing partners active, promoted-to, well-supported, and producing. You'll be the relationship owner, and partners should feel like working with us is easy
• Program systems and structure. You'll make sure tracking, attribution, and reporting are implemented correctly, build the performance dashboards leadership relies on, and design the tier structure (commission levels, incentives, bonuses) that makes top partners want to promote more
• Promotion strategy and forecasting. Before every launch, you'll forecast participation, revenue contribution, and capacity needs. You'll track performance trends and use the data to guide planning, not just report on it after the fact
• Scheduling and internal visibility. You'll maintain a public internal send calendar so the whole team knows who's promoting what and when, and you'll coordinate affiliate activity against internal campaigns so we're never competing with ourselves
• Partner assets and copy. You'll write and distribute swipe copy, promotional blurbs, offer breakdowns, launch instructions, partner kits, and promo guides. Everything on-brand, compliant, easy to deploy, and built to convert
• Compliance and brand protection. You'll monitor partner promotions for non-compliant claims and off-brand messaging, enforce our guidelines, and escalate risk to the Director of Marketing early
• Operations and team management. You'll own execution end to end and manage an Affiliate Assistant handling reporting, outreach support, asset creation, link management, and admin. You'll build this so it runs on systems, not on you or on our founders

Requirements:

• If you have an existing network in health education, functional medicine, or the detox and root-cause space (or you have a proven, repeatable system for building one fast) keep reading
• You need the network, or the demonstrated ability to build it fast
• We want someone who can name partners they'd approach in week one (people in health education, functional medicine, integrative and holistic practice, detox and root-cause wellness, and the creator and influencer layer around all of it)
• If you don't have the relationships already, show us the system you've used to build them somewhere else, with results attached
• Have run or scaled an affiliate, partnership, or JV channel for an info product, course, supplement, or health education brand
• Can point to specific revenue you generated through partners
• Write well enough that partners can deploy your swipe copy without rewriting it
• Understand health claims compliance and know where the lines are
• Are comfortable owning a forecast and being measured against it
• Work independently, communicate proactively, and don't need to be chased
