Project Manager With Smartsheet Experience

Radiantze Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Smartsheet expertise. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation through completion, with an emphasis on project tracking, reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, task trackers, and milestones using Smartsheet
• Build and maintain Smartsheet reports, dashboards, and automated workflows
• Configure alerts, reminders, approvals, and notifications to improve project execution
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Track risks, issues, action items, dependencies, and project changes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
• Prepare project status reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review
• Identify project delays or risks and coordinate corrective actions
• Conduct project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items
• Maintain project documentation and ensure project information is accurate and up to date
• Support process improvements and standardization of project management practices

Requirements:

• • 5+ years of experience in Project Management or a related field
• • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet
• • Strong experience creating Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, and workflows/automations
• • Experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
• • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
• • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other project management tools
• • PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification
• • Experience with Smartsheet integrations and advanced automation
• • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
• • Experience managing technology/IT projects is a plus
