ServiceNow Project Manager

Global Applications Solution is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and integration projects. The role manages project timelines, stakeholders, risks, resources, budgets, Agile ceremonies, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Project Governance & Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure) for ServiceNow implementations and upgrades
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress
• Agile/Scrum Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Risk & Resource Management: Identify project risks, mitigation strategies, and dependencies; manage resource allocation and project budgets
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables align with ServiceNow best practices, industry standards, and quality criteria
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management framework and ServiceNow deployment workflows

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on ServiceNow implementations (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM/PPM, CSM, HRSD)
• Deep familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, capabilities, and workflows
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow SPM/PPM, and Microsoft Project/Planner
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to bridge technical details with executive summary needs
• Proven ability to manage remote, distributed teams across US time zones
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM) strongly preferred
