Remote Rep – Customer Service & Sales | Work From Home

Globe Life AO provides supplemental insurance benefits and personalized client service to working families. The company is seeking entry-level Remote Insurance Representatives to meet with clients virtually, explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options, recommend coverage, guide applications and enrollment, and provide ongoing customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
• Identify each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on client needs
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Review existing coverage and assist with applicable policy or beneficiary updates
• Provide professional customer service before, during, and after enrollment
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up records
• Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance requirements
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development

• • Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
• • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
