Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft Cloud, Security, and Compliance)

Iviry is an IT services company providing managed services, managed security services, and cybersecurity compliance solutions. The Senior Systems Engineer will lead secure, standardized Microsoft-based customer implementations, support compliance remediation and managed services engagements, and contribute to engineering standards, documentation, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical implementation of Microsoft-based customer environments
• Develop implementation plans, engineering estimates, and technical work breakdown structures
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and related technologies
• Support NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC remediation projects
• Lead Professional Services and infrastructure modernization engagements
• Provide senior technical escalation support and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, automation, and continuous improvement
• Accurately document work and support project governance requirements

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 8+ years of Systems Engineering experience
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Defender
• Windows Server, VMware, PowerShell
• Networking
• Strong customer communication and documentation skills
• MSP experience
• NIST SP 800-171 and/or CMMC implementation experience
• Experience leading technical implementation projects
• ITIL experience
• Project leadership
• Microsoft Certified Professional
• Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
• Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102)
• CompTIA Security+
• CISSP (preferred)
