Senior Business Analyst

Redapt, Inc. is a consulting and technology services company that partners with clients on enterprise technology initiatives. The Senior Business Analyst will lead discovery, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, backlog management, and Agile delivery while supporting data transformation, migration, system integration, and application modernization projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews
• Translate business needs, product vision, and technical architecture into clear, actionable requirements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring business objectives remain aligned with project outcomes
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and project leadership
• Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring work is prioritized based on business value
• Write detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Partner closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Engineering teams to refine requirements and remove ambiguity
• Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements clarification
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes
• Support complex data transformation initiatives involving data mapping, migration, and system integrations
• Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements and validate business outcomes
• Ensure solutions align with customer needs and organizational objectives

Requirements:

• • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
• • Strong experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements
• • Hands-on experience with:
• • Data mapping
• • Data analysis
• • System integrations
• • Data transformation or migration projects
• • Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs within Agile environments
• • Proven ability to define acceptance criteria and support successful project delivery
• • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• • Travel typically 5% or less a year
• • Experience supporting application modernization initiatives
• • Familiarity with .NET application environments
• • Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services and architectures
• • Consulting or client-facing project experience
