Marketing Manager

Xage Security is a cybersecurity company focused on Zero Trust solutions for critical infrastructure, government, and private enterprises. The Marketing Manager will execute and optimize digital marketing and content programs, manage website and social media activity, support SEO and paid campaigns, and use performance data to increase traffic, engagement, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Execute an integrated digital marketing and content plan that increases brand visibility, website traffic, and website & social engagement
• Manage the content calendar and oversee the development, review, approval, publication, and promotion of content across the website, social media, email, and digital campaigns
• Repurpose blogs, webinars, customer stories, research, and company news into effective content for multiple channels
• Maintain and improve the company website, including page updates, campaign launches, content publication, conversion optimization, and quality assurance
• Own day-to-day SEO and GEO execution, working with internal teams and agency partners on content optimization, internal linking, and search visibility
• Track performance across content, website, social, SEO, and GEO, using insights to improve future execution
• Manage Xage’s organic social media presence, including editorial planning, publishing, improve community engagement, accelerate followership on LinkedIn & key social media channels, and performance analysis
• Support paid social and other digital advertising programs by coordinating campaign messaging, creative assets, landing pages, and agency deliverables

Requirements:

• • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, corporate marketing, or a related role
• • Strong writing, editing, and content-development skills
• • Hands-on experience managing SEO, social media, websites, and digital campaigns, including the use of AI-assisted marketing, design, analytics, and content-production tools
• • Demonstrated ability to take a program from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization
• • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing attention to detail
• • Experience working with work management platforms (we use Asana), marketing analytics platforms, and social publishing tools
• • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use performance data to make practical marketing decisions
• • High level of initiative, creativity, and follow-through
• • Experience in marketing B2B technology in a high-growth environment
• • Familiarity with Asana, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AI-based creative tools, AI-based social tools, WordPress or similar platforms
• • Understanding of conversion optimization, marketing attribution, and digital buyer journeys
