MarCom Project Manager

Cella, an award-winning consulting, staffing, and managed solutions company for creative, marketing, digital, and proposal development teams, is seeking a MarCom Project Manager. The role manages client-facing regulatory, marketing, and operational communications from intake through execution, using Workfront to coordinate workflows, timelines, approvals, and delivery. The position partners with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, retirement services, operations, legal, compliance, creative, digital, and UX teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing and communication projects from intake through completion
• Serve as a primary point of contact between Marketing and internal business partners
• Review incoming requests to assess scope, requirements, priorities, dependencies, and resource needs
• Use Workfront daily to manage project intake, workflow coordination, timelines, status updates, dependencies, approvals, and delivery tracking
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
• Act as the bridge between Marketing, Retirement business stakeholders, Service and Operations teams, Legal, Compliance, and leadership
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations
• Coordinate development and execution of print materials, direct mail, email campaigns, web content, and operational communications
• Partner with copywriters, designers, digital teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure communications meet business requirements, brand standards, and regulatory obligations. Support communication modernization, optimization, and enterprise transformation initiatives
• Assist in gathering and sharing project performance metrics and stakeholder feedback
• Demonstrate core values and perform additional duties as assigned
• Take a consultative approach when partnering with stakeholders
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accountability
• Present project plans, updates, risks, and recommendations clearly
• Lead projects through effective planning, organization, and execution
• Maintain professionalism while supporting highly visible initiatives

Requirements:

• • 5 years financial services Workfront project management experience
• • Experience supporting print, fulfillment, web, and email communications
• • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• • Hands-on experience using Workfront to manage marketing or communications projects, including intake, timelines, approvals, status reporting, and workflow coordination
• • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• • Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently
• • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
