= Must-Have Skills: SiteMinder, IdentityMinder, and Directory Services (LDAP).
Looking for someone to pick up these Broadcom Products quickly -- Siteminder, IdentityMinder, Directory (LDAP) based on their knowledge of similar products. Focus is support of it as well -- upgrade, patching, maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills are a must for anything related to Windows Servers, Web Servers (IIS), Security Products (above or similar).
Also, I want to emphasize one more critical skill for me -- Infrastructure and Server Administration.
Person needs to manage over 200 servers and I need someone that will basically take over.
This position is a mix between Infrastructure / Windows Server Administration and strong skills in Security Products.
