Marketing & Brand Manager

Family Office Growth Partners provides family office services and supports White Label partner firms. The Marketing & Brand Manager will lead branding, marketing, communications, digital initiatives, website management, content development, campaign execution, and project coordination to support business development, advisor engagement, and firm growth.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary steward of the Family Office Growth Partners brand
• Maintain consistency across all branding, messaging, visual identity, and client-facing communications
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to strengthen and modernize the firm's marketing presence
• Develop, maintain, and update marketing templates, collateral, and brand standards
• Ensure consistency across Family Office Growth Partners and White Label partner branding
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support business development initiatives and firm growth
• Maintain the firm's annual marketing calendar and content strategy
• Coordinate marketing initiatives from concept through implementation
• Develop marketing materials supporting the firm's Direct, White Label, and Referral service models
• Assist leadership with investor presentations, strategic initiatives, and business development campaigns
• Manage and maintain the Family Office Growth Partners website
• Coordinate website updates, service enhancements, blogs, landing pages, and SEO initiatives
• Work closely with website developers and IT professionals to maintain a modern, professional online presence
• Assist White Label partner firms with website development, branding, implementation, and ongoing content management
• Support advisor firms with branding, marketing implementation, and ongoing communications
• Coordinate website content, marketing collateral, launch materials, and advisor campaigns
• Assist with firm rebranding initiatives and marketing transitions
• Support advisor onboarding through webinars, educational materials, and ongoing marketing guidance
• Help advisors successfully implement and maintain the Family Office Growth Partners White Label platform
• Develop, maintain, and continually refresh:

• Sales presentations
• Proposal templates
• White papers
• Educational materials
• Case studies
• Email campaigns
• Newsletters
• Social media content
• Podcast content
• Webinar presentations
• Marketing templates
• Client and advisor communications
• Manage the firm's social media strategy and publishing calendar
• Promote podcasts, webinars, conferences, educational events, speaking engagements, and company announcements
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and monitor engagement
• Analyze marketing performance and recommend ongoing improvements
• Coordinate podcast scheduling, branding, production support, and promotional campaigns
• Develop webinar marketing materials, registrations, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Support conferences, advisor meetings, educational workshops, and speaking engagements through coordinated marketing initiatives
• Serve as the primary liaison with website developers, graphic designers, marketing agencies, IT providers, printers, promotional vendors, and other creative partners
• Manage project timelines and ensure marketing initiatives are completed professionally and on schedule
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive marketing, branding, or communications experience
• Demonstrated experience managing websites, digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and content strategy
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives
• Demonstrated success building brands and supporting business development initiatives within a growing organization
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience within professional services, financial services, wealth management, family office, consulting, or similar industries preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), website content management systems, CRM platforms, AI-enabled technologies, and project management software
