Project Manager - Integration Initiatives

Beth Israel Lahey Health is a healthcare organization whose Integration Management Office provides advisory and project management support for high-priority clinical and business initiatives. The Project Manager will manage complex integration projects, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, support regulatory reporting, develop performance tools and financial models, and collaborate with leaders across the health system.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of high-priority initiatives through data collection, analysis, project management, and reporting
• Manage projects and/or multiple workstreams of complex projects. Provide project management support through the use of project management tools such as SmartSheet. Develop project workplans, sequencing efforts across multi-disciplinary teams and identifying interdependencies. Manage the project to ensure it is delivered on time and on budget. Keep the project team and leadership apprised of progress, escalating any risks or concerns
• Design and perform analyses to support decision-making and monitor performance. Independently identify data/information needs and ensure data integrity. Synthesize data/information from multiple sources. Partner with Finance and other key stakeholders to develop financial models to evaluate the impact of proposed initiatives
• Support the IMO’s regulatory reporting efforts through the collection and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative information from across the system
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across BILH, including Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Marketing & Communications, as well as operational and clinical leaders across the system’s hospital and other clinical entities
• Develops tools to track and report on performance against goals and identify the primary drivers of performance. Independently build and maintain project dashboards
• Support the work of integration-related committees, workgroups, and teams to drive decision-making and support effective communication
• Present findings in written, visual, and oral presentations to a variety of audiences throughout the system. Develop visually compelling, data driven presentations to effectively facilitate discussion
• Effectively prioritize projects to complete work within established guidelines and timeframe

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years of related work experience
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and critically evaluate information from multiple sources
• Ability to manipulate and present data in a clear manner
• Ability to synthesize findings from multiple sources into a coherent narrative
• Ability to develop visually compelling presentations
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications
• Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases
• Master's degree preferred
