Sr. AI Systems & Solutions Architect, Global Services

Klaviyo empowers creators by making first-party data accessible and actionable to support personalized experiences in ecommerce and beyond. The Sr. AI Systems & Solutions Architect will identify high-impact AI opportunities across Global Services, build and integrate AI-powered prototypes and workflows, and help scale successful solutions into production. The role also develops documentation, leads enablement sessions, and improves AI literacy across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Services leaders to identify high impact areas that could benefit from AI or automation
• Prioritize opportunities based on efficiency gains and impact
• Translate ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes and milestones
• Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI development platforms to rapidly validate business solutions
• Design and connect AI systems using APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources to create intelligent, end-to-end workflows
• Understand how to integrate AI solutions with existing systems, collaborating with engineering teams when production-grade implementations are needed
• Develop effective prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows that improve the quality, reliability, and usefulness of AI-generated outputs
• Evaluate and iterate on AI solutions using user feedback, business outcomes, and emerging best practices to drive adoption and impact
• Create clear documentation, implementation guides, and best practices that enable teams to effectively build and adopt AI solutions
• Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and office hours to grow AI fluency and help teams build effective prompts, skills, agents, and workflows
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities, tools, and best practices
