Full-Stack Growth Marketer

7 Fig Retreat Launch is a luxury wellness retreat with four locations seeking a highly experienced full-stack growth marketer. The role owns and personally executes the complete digital marketing engine, including paid acquisition, creative and funnel strategy, CRM automation, email marketing, SEO/AEO, directory listings, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization. The marketer will be accountable for scaling revenue, improving CAC and ROAS, and delivering data-driven growth.

Responsibilities:

• Full management and optimization of Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram
• Full management of Google Ads, including Search, Display and Performance Max
• Audience and persona research, campaign architecture, A/B testing, scaling and budget optimization
• Keyword research, negative keyword management and bidding optimization
• Target 4X ROAS with aggressive revenue growth objectives
• Landing page creation, development, and SEO and optimization with full tracking
• Develop and test approximately 10 new top-of-funnel ad creatives per week
• Own ad copy, hooks, offers, messaging and creative testing strategy
• Identify winning concepts and systematically iterate them
• Optimize landing pages, funnels and conversion paths across the customer journey
• Own and optimize our GoHighLevel environment
• Manage lead pipelines, automated follow-up sequences and nurture workflows
• Integrate Meta, Google and other acquisition channels with the CRM
• Develop campaign strategy, copy, management, and deployment
• Execute bulk email initiatives of up to approximately 25,000+ emails per month
• Build follow-up and nurture sequences and continually test messaging, offers and CTAs
• Develop and execute SEO and answer-engine optimization strategy
• Manage production of approximately 15 SEO-optimized articles per month
• Implement AEO recommendations and coordinate publishing and backlink initiatives
• Manage production of backlinks and press releases
• Optimize onsite SEO
• Manage company website content and generate pages as needed
• Add and manage 15 directory listings per month to our catalog
• Create and update listing details
• Track attribution
• Own marketing attribution and track ROAS, CAC and LTV
• Identify which campaigns, channels, audiences and creatives generate revenue
• Deliver weekly performance reporting and make data-driven scaling decisions

Requirements:

• Must have personally generated $1,000,000+ USD in monthly revenue for a business, with results directly attributable and traceable to marketing campaigns, funnels, and strategies you personally managed or executed. Candidates must be able to provide verifiable examples demonstrating their direct contribution to these results
• Strong demonstrated experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Hands-on GoHighLevel, funnel/CRO, email marketing, SEO/AEO, analytics and attribution experience
• Highly analytical, fast-moving and comfortable managing significant advertising budgets
• Capable of producing and testing new ideas every week
• Obsessed with improving CAC, conversion rate and ROAS
• Experience with high-ticket services, wellness, healthcare, retreats, travel, luxury services or other $5K+ consumer offers is highly desirable
