Techno-Functional Business Analyst (UKG Professional Services)

Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst to support multiple UKG implementation engagements. The role combines business analysis, client coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight, including requirements discovery, solution alignment, implementation coordination, testing support, and governance across customer engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and business process analysis sessions
• Document and manage functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate solutions and support successful delivery
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned engagements
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across multiple implementations
• Coordinate activities between clients, consultants, and offshore delivery teams to ensure timely execution
• Support testing, UAT, business sign-offs, and issue resolution activities
• Contribute to implementation planning, estimation, and governance activities

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Delivery Coordination, or similar client-facing roles
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing customer-facing interactions
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed delivery teams
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions (Dimensions, Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM, or UKG Ready)
• Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar HCM platforms
• Ability to balance business analysis responsibilities with client coordination and delivery oversight across multiple engagements
• HCM domain experience, preferably in Workforce Management, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, or HR Technology implementations
