Temporary Customer Service Specialist

Lockton is the world’s largest privately held, independent insurance brokerage, with BCInsourcing providing benefits communication and administrative services. The Temporary Customer Service Specialist will support the 2026 annual enrollment season by conducting benefits review sessions, answering employee questions, and guiding employees through the enrollment process by phone.

Responsibilities:

• Helping employees understand their available benefit options
• Conducting individualized benefits review sessions by phone
• Answering questions and providing accurate information
• Guiding employees through the enrollment process
• Using multiple computer systems and communication platforms to document and support each interaction
• Providing a professional, positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Customer-focused and committed to providing a positive employee experience
• Clear, confident, and professional communicators
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone for extended periods
• Highly proficient with computers, keyboards, headsets, and multiple technology platforms
• Comfortable navigating computers, Google platforms, and other communication tools
• Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Able to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Available to work 40 hours per week for the entire assignment
• Experience in customer service, employee benefits, or insurance
