Project Manager

StrataTech Education Group develops specialized career education schools focused on skilled-trade programs and student success. The Project Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing team by managing work in Wrike, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining schedules and workflows, and ensuring agency partners meet their commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Own project and work management in Wrike (or comparable platform): building and maintaining project plans, timelines, task structures, and dashboards that give the team and leadership clear visibility
• Keep projects on schedule by tracking dependencies, flagging risks early, and driving toward deadlines rather than reporting on missed ones
• Establish and refine the workflows, intake processes, and status rhythms that keep a busy team organized and accountable
• Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing disciplines, creative, digital, operations, and campus stakeholders, translating priorities into clear owners, timelines, and next steps
• Run status meetings, stand-ups, and reviews that are tight, useful, and action-oriented
• Anticipate cross-team needs and unblock work before it stalls, keeping information flowing in every direction
• Own the operational side of agency partner relationships: tracking scopes, deliverables, deadlines, and open items across multiple vendors
• Hold partners accountable to their commitments and drive follow-ups to closure so nothing lingers
• Maintain a clear, current view of what's owed, by whom, and when — and surface it proactively
• Turn ambiguous requests into structured plans with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and reporting that keep leadership informed without the team chasing status
• Continuously improve how the team works — spotting friction and building lightweight process that scales
• Own asset management, ensuring that all delivered assets are properly stored in the DAM, allowing full visibility for in-market creative

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of project or program management experience, ideally within marketing, creative, or agency environments
• Hands-on expertise with a project/work management platform — Wrike strongly preferred; deep experience in a comparable tool (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.) with willingness to master Wrike is welcome
• A track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders without losing the thread
• Experience coordinating with or managing external agency/vendor relationships, including tracking deliverables and driving accountability
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through — you're the person others trust to remember and close the loop
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you can hold people to commitments while keeping relationships strong
• Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment, and the judgment to know when to escalate
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification
• Experience in education, regulated, or multi-location/multi-brand environments
• Familiarity with marketing functions (creative production, digital/paid media, web) enough to speak the team's language
• Interest in growing into a team lead as the function scales
