Oracle Business Systems Analyst Contractor: 6-9 years (Advanced)

Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking an experienced Revenue Management Cloud Lead to support and enhance Oracle Revenue Management Cloud solutions for a subscription-based business environment. The role serves as both a functional lead and business systems analyst, translating requirements into Oracle solutions, leading implementations, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting testing, training, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Revenue Management Cloud solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems
• Design and recommend Oracle system solutions that align with business objectives and subscription-based revenue models
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Revenue Management Cloud capabilities
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Oracle solutions
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end-users on Oracle Revenue Management Cloud processes and functionality
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices related to revenue recognition and subscription management
• Support issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous optimization of Oracle Revenue Management Cloud applications

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Oracle Revenue Management Cloud implementations and support
• Experience working in subscription-based business environments
• Proven expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Strong understanding of revenue management and revenue recognition processes
• Experience conducting system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide user training and post-implementation support
• Experience integrating Oracle Revenue Management Cloud with other Oracle applications
• Knowledge of subscription billing and recurring revenue business models
• Experience leading Oracle cloud transformation initiatives
