Market Researc Manager

Golden Family Real Estate is a UAE-based real estate company. The part-time, remote Market Research Manager will analyze Dubai and wider UAE real estate markets, prepare reports and dashboards, evaluate competitors, identify opportunities and risks, and provide insights to support pricing, marketing, investment, and client-offering decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and interpreting market data
• Monitoring property trends
• Preparing clear reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Evaluating competitor activities
• Identifying emerging opportunities and risks
• Contributing insights to pricing strategies, marketing plans, and investment decisions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align research findings with business objectives
• Provide recommendations that enhance client offerings

Requirements:

• Strong market research skills, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation, preferably within real estate or related sectors
• Proficiency with analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, data visualization platforms, CRM or real estate listing systems)
• Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics in Dubai and the broader UAE, or a strong interest and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in clear, concise reports and presentations
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic planning or business development initiatives
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory practices in research and reporting
• Advanced studies or certifications in market research are an advantage
