Account Executive, GPU Infrastructure Sales

Alpha Compute Corp. delivers specialized GPU-as-a-Service infrastructure to AI enterprises, foundational model builders, and research institutions. The Account Executive will drive full-cycle sales and strategic business development for GPUaaS offerings, targeting AI startups, technology companies, and research labs while managing proposals, customer relationships, market intelligence, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure net-new business opportunities. Initiate, maintain, and grow influential client relationships while ensuring continuous lead generation in liaison with brokers and direct customers
• Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract award. Keep your CRM (HubSpot) spotless and run a tight, predictable sales process
• Proposal & RFP Development: Lead and contribute to the development of compelling proposals, bids, and responses to RFIs and RFPs
• Cost-Benefit & Technical Sales: Research and present detailed reports showing potential customers the financial and operational benefits of our GPUaaS solutions. Effectively articulate technical advantages to both engineering leads and procurement officers
• Ecosystem & Broker Networking: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including compute brokers, OEM partners, CTOs, and developers. Represent Alpha Compute at industry trade shows to enhance brand visibility
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the data center and AI hardware space to inform market penetration strategies
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with deal desk, internal engineering, and data center operations teams to ensure seamless project execution, smooth handoffs, and maximum customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of business development, technical sales, or brokerage experience within GPUaaS, AI hardware infrastructure, Cloud (IaaS), or data center markets, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Direct experience brokering, sourcing, or selling GPU compute capacity, with a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, market pricing, and structuring high-value hardware/compute deals
• A proven track record of aggressive outbound prospecting, generating unique value propositions for target companies, and creatively navigating complex organizational structures to reach key decision-makers
• Strong foundational understanding of GPUs, storage, and networking architectures, with the ability to confidently map a client's AI training or inference workloads to specific hardware offerings
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, build strategic BD pipelines, and execute comprehensive business plans to win market share
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred), Business, or a related field. Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required
