Product Manager

ParkingPass.com is a leader in residential and public parking management, helping multifamily, condo, HOA, and public parking operators simplify operations and generate additional income. The Product Manager will lead the development and growth of SaaS applications, define product strategy and roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strong user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and growth of our SaaS applications
• Be the driving force behind our product strategy, defining the roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Understand customer needs
• Execute on product vision

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing SaaS products
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
• Experience with user research and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to clearly articulate product requirements and vision to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for understanding and advocating for the user
• Technical background or understanding of software development
• Experience with specific SaaS product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc..)
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles
• Experience in the prop tech industry or vertical
