FlexPLM Business Analyst

ITC Infotech is a technology services and solutions company supporting business transformation across areas including product lifecycle management, digital manufacturing, and enterprise applications. The FlexPLM Business Analyst will lead requirements elicitation, process mapping, functional analysis, and acceptance definition for retail, apparel, and fashion PLM operations. The role also supports functional specifications, platform configuration, UAT, and data migration activities across multi-track implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead requirements elicitation and validation workshops with business-track owners across brands and implementation tracks, documenting decisions, open items, shared requirements, and cross-track dependencies
• Manage requirements, status, priorities, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end traceability across solution design, backlog refinement, build, testing, and release, working with the Project Manager, Scrum Master, product owners, and delivery teams to maintain readiness across implementation tracks
• Convert approved requirements into functional specifications for FlexPLM, Windchill, or ThingWorx
• Document current-state and future-state business processes and identify the gaps between them
• Support configuration and design decisions by defining clear acceptance criteria for successful build and testing
• Help business teams develop UAT test cases and acceptance criteria, and support business-track owners during UAT execution
• Support business-side source-to-target data mapping when requirements involve legacy data, including attribute definitions, business rules, and exceptions

Requirements:

• 10+ years of business analysis experience supporting large enterprise retail PLM implementations across multiple brands, business tracks, regions, or rollout waves, using platforms such as FlexPLM, Centric, or Lectra
• Hands-on experience managing hundreds of retail requirements with end-to-end traceability, including organizing and managing unstructured requirement lists
• Proven ability to create clear, actionable functional specifications and acceptance criteria for building and testing teams
• Experience leading requirements workshops, resolving stakeholder disagreements, and driving decisions to closure
• Working knowledge of core PLM and BOM concepts, including bill of materials structures, product data lifecycles, and product and specification attribute management, with the ability to translate business needs into platform-appropriate specifications
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
• FlexPLM experience
• Experience with FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, or a comparable PLM platform, such as Centric, Lectra, or Bamboo Rose, in a retail, CPG, or consumer products environment
• Experience supporting UAT execution and/or data migration mapping, along with requirements analysis
• Experience with phased, multi-brand or multi-cluster rollouts in which requirements evolve across successive waves rather than a single go live
