Customer Service Representative

Icon is a company that creates winning ads and branded content for rapidly growing DTC and enterprise companies. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound signups, qualify leads, and facilitate bookings for sales demos.

Responsibilities:

• Call every inbound signup who leaves a phone number but doesn't book a demo, within minutes where possible
• Qualify quickly: what they're spending, what they're running, whether Icon is a fit
• Book qualified demos onto the sales team's calendar
• Work multi-touch across phone, email, and SMS to reach people who don't pick up first time
• Keep the CRM clean - every call logged, every outcome recorded, no lead left in limbo
• Report back on patterns: objections, drop-off reasons, and which signup sources actually convert

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in a phone-heavy role - BDR, SDR, inside sales, recruiting, or similar. Strong entry-level candidates with obvious hustle will be considered
• You are genuinely comfortable on the phone. High call volume doesn't scare you and rejection doesn't rattle you
• Fast, clear, and warm on the first thirty seconds of a cold call
• Organized enough to run a queue without dropping leads
• Curious about what our customers actually do - performance marketing, DTC, paid social
• Experience selling into DTC or e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with Meta or TikTok ads, even at a surface level
• Experience at an early-stage company where the playbook didn't exist yet
