PRODUCT MANAGER II (Remote West Coast, USA or Austin, TX)

TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology company providing connectivity and sensor solutions for power, signal, and data applications. The Product Manager II will drive strategy, growth, product launches, capacity planning, financial performance, and customer engagement for AC Power Assemblies supporting AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Growth: Support existing opportunities and identify and capture growth opportunities within AI segments. Articulate market trends to ensure TE remains our customers’ first-choice solution partner
• Go-to-Market Execution: Help lead aggressive product launches and develop value propositions that clearly solve customer pain points in the AI space
• Operations & Capacity: Partner with S&OP to drive the capacity expansion required to keep pace with hyper-scale AI deployment cycles
• Financial Leadership: Own the P&L (sales and margin) for your portfolio; identify and resolve gaps to the business plan with a sense of urgency
• Customer Engagement: Drive frequent, direct interaction with customers and hyperscalers. Capture "voice of customer" feedback to ensure our roadmaps are market-backed and result in highly differentiated products

• • A 4-year degree is desirable, or relevant experience
• • Technical Literacy: Ability to bridge the gap between complex concepts and clear business value
• • Communication: Advanced ability to influence cross-functional teams and command a room during senior leadership presentations
• • Experience: 2+ years in PM, Sales, or Business Development experience in interconnects or AI infrastructure is strongly preferred
