Software Engineer - Salesforce

Solü Technology Partners is seeking a Software Engineer - Salesforce to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications and technology solutions. This role will serve as a key technical contributor on complex projects, partnering with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, develop solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support applications throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, test, debug, and support applications ranging from moderate to complex
• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop effective application solutions
• Work closely with Development, Operations, Technology, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Support application integrations and evaluate complex relationships between applications, platforms, and systems
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional specifications, system documentation, test plans, and project assessments
• Troubleshoot application issues and complete required debugging and testing
• Coordinate technical tasks, project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to less experienced team members
• Recommend new technologies, processes, and solutions to improve application performance and business operations
• Maintain a strong understanding of supported applications and the business processes they support

Requirements:

• 5+ years of systems analysis and/or application development experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Salesforce, and Java
• Experience designing and implementing technology or application solutions based on business requirements
• Experience working on multiple complex projects and managing project deliverables
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical and business teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
