Senior Project Manager, Technical Project Management

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex technical project and program management assignments within pharmaceutical distribution technology programs, managing various aspects such as scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers technical projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, financial management and stakeholder expectations and reporting
• Develops integrated program plans, milestone schedules, risk registers, and governance routines that maintain delivery visibility and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinates cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, data, and business teams to resolve blockers and maintain program momentum
• Delivers program risks and issues by applying structured escalation frameworks and facilitating decision-making with appropriate stakeholder involvement
• Produces executive-ready program status reporting, delivery dashboards, and decision briefings that communicate progress, risks, and required actions
• Drives improvements to project management practices, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards to improve execution quality and consistency
• Guides less experienced project managers on planning methods, risk management, and stakeholder communication practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field
• Ability to work well both independently as well as within a team oriented environment
• Strong experience with budget, team and project management
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent
