Product Owner - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for a long-term remote project. The role owns and prioritizes product requirements and backlogs for Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management programs, coordinating stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Patient Access. The position also translates business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items while supporting Agile ceremonies and tracking work in JIRA and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Own product requirements for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) programs
• Work across Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Patient Access
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from multiple business stakeholders
• Coordinate requirements, issues, dependencies, and priorities across multiple programs
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Collaborate with business, IT, engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business needs
• Track issues and requirements using JIRA and ServiceNow
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews
• Apply baseline knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager
• Experience working with Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions
• Work across Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Patient Access
• Required Skills : Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), JIRA & ServiceNow
• Apply baseline knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes
