Medical Towers - Employee Occupational Health Services (EOHS)
The EOHS Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for team members, candidates, volunteers, and visitors. This role is responsible for creating a positive customer experience while supporting daily front-office operations. Duties include greeting patients, determining and distributing required paperwork, preparing charts for clinical staff, checking in appointments, managing incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
