Director, Client Partner, Denver Market Growth

EPAM Systems is seeking a Director, Client Partner to expand and deepen relationships across the Denver market. The role involves managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, cultivating new relationships, and helping clients realize the full potential of EPAM’s capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Co-develop multi-year client roadmaps aligned with their strategic priorities while continuously monitoring account health, satisfaction, and value to keep growth sustainable
• Identify whitespace by listening for emerging needs within existing and new relationships and logos
• Shape opportunities collaboratively, matching EPAM capabilities to client outcomes rather than pure revenue targets
• Serve as EPAM's ambassador in industry groups, chambers, and innovation hubs
• Host and participate in thought-leadership forums to strengthen trust and open doors
• Lead proposals, align delivery, consulting, and innovation teams to convert opportunities into realized client value
• Maintain disciplined, empathetic communication while conveying EPAM's outcome-focused perspective, highlighting how AI-driven solutions create tangible business value and keep engagements moving forward

• Industry depth (e.g., telco, aerospace, aviation) that enables credible advisory conversations
