Marketing Manager

Buddy + Co. is a fractional co-founder agency for founder-led DTC lifestyle brands across fashion, home, and living. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing execution across their client roster, ensuring effective management of editorial calendars and campaign timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain editorial and campaign calendars across the full client portfolio, ensuring every account has a clear plan and nothing slips
• Manage the marketing execution process end to end: briefing, timelines, approvals, and delivery
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
• Partner closely with the Creative Lead on asset needs, creative timelines, and deliverables so production never becomes the bottleneck
• Coordinate with internal content resources to keep copy, campaigns, and channel content moving from brief to publish
• Manage execution across email, social, and web channels for client accounts, working within existing platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify, and similar tools)
• Flag risk early: missed deadlines, unclear briefs, or client dissatisfaction should be surfaced before they become problems, not after
• Support Buddy + Co.'s own content and campaign calendar on a smaller, secondary basis
• Bring structure and consistency to a marketing process that has depended on too many people juggling it as one piece of a larger job

Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to multiple brands or accounts simultaneously; agency background is a strong plus
• A track record of running processes well: calendars, deadlines, and follow-through, not just strategic ideas
• Comfort managing several client relationships at once without losing detail or momentum
• Working knowledge of email/CRM platforms (Klaviyo or similar), Shopify, and standard social/content tools
• Strong written and verbal communication; you'll be client-facing regularly
• Genuinely organized, not organized under pressure
• An eye for fashion, home, or lifestyle brands is a plus; you don't need to be the designer, but you should understand why these brands care about craft and presentation
