AO Globe Life is seeking motivated Remote Insurance Representatives to help veterans and families understand and enroll in life and health insurance benefits. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support while working remotely and offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Recommend personalized coverage based on each client's needs
• Guide members through the enrollment process
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after enrollment
• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Requirements:

• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and passionate about helping others
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with computers, Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools
• Eligible to obtain any required state insurance license
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, insurance, business development, call centers, or sales is welcomed—but not required
