AO Globe Life is hiring Entry-Level Benefits Representatives who are ready to build a meaningful career helping families understand and enroll in valuable insurance benefits. The role involves educating clients, assisting with applications, and providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Meet virtually with members using Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information
• Learn about life insurance and supplemental health benefits through comprehensive training
• Educate clients on available coverage options in a clear, professional manner
• Help members complete applications and enrollment paperwork
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance requirements
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development
