In this fully remote role, you'll connect with clients, provide outstanding customer service, and help working families protect what matters most.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Answer client questions and provide ongoing support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Participate in weekly coaching, virtual training, and professional development
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team

• Comfortable using Zoom and online technology
