Founding Growth & Sales Intern (US Market)

KinKeeper AI deploys conversational Voice AI agents for post-acute care and home health organizations. The Founding Growth & Sales Intern will build the US commercial pipeline by identifying healthcare agency decision-makers, conducting autonomous outbound outreach, pitching pilot programs, converting agencies to paid plans, and booking product demonstrations with the technical founder.

Responsibilities:

• Target the ICP: Source, filter, and engage Owners, Clinical Directors, and Administrators at US Home Care and Hospice Agencies (agencies with 20–100+ care aides)
• Multi-Channel Outbound: Drive autonomous outreach via LinkedIn InMail, targeted email campaigns, and brief phone qualification
• Low-Friction Closing: Pitch our $499 14-Day Live Pilot Sandbox (50 patient discharges, countersigned HIPAA BAA, zero long-term lock-in) and convert agencies onto monthly/annual plans
• Founder-Backed Demos: Book 15-minute product walk-throughs. Our technical founder co-leads every demo with you to handle 100% of technical architecture, EHR integration, and HIPAA compliance queries

Requirements:

• High communication fluency with US healthcare decision-makers
• Based in the United States (current college students, recent grads, or early-career SDRs looking for flexible high-ticket upside)
• 100% autonomous: You don't need micromanagement
• Thick-skinned, zero-to-one mindset that treats outbound as an engineering pipeline
