HR Business Partner - Americas GTM and Finance

Saviynt provides an AI-powered identity security platform that manages and governs access to applications, data, and business processes. The HR Business Partner will serve as the primary HR strategist for the Americas Go-to-Market, Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations, leading organizational design, workforce planning, performance programs, leadership development, analytics, and executive coaching.

Responsibilities:

• SaaS & GTM Advisory: Act as the lead HR consultant for Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Translate aggressive SaaS revenue targets, co-selling motions, and SaaS & GTM ecosystem strategies into actionable workforce models
• Strategic Organizational Design (OD): Lead complex org design initiatives including spans and layers analysis, territory/coverage realignments, sales motion shifts, and structural scaling following our rapid capital growth
• Organizational Development (ODev) & Capability Building: Diagnose organizational readiness and capability gaps. Design and execute targeted ODev interventions, talent density initiatives, and manager effectiveness frameworks tailored to a fast-paced enterprise software environment
• Revenue & Finance Alignment: Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to evaluate how territory design, headcount modeling, and sales capacity impact compensation, incentive planning, and overall bottom-line performance
• Performance & Quota Strategy: Drive end-to-end pay, quota, and performance programs. Ensure sales cycles and go-to-market objectives are supported by equitable pay decisions, clear goal setting, and robust retention strategies
• Leadership Development & Workforce Planning: Partner with Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition to build the next generation of SaaS sales leaders, establish succession pipelines, and execute sophisticated workforce planning
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics, SaaS productivity metrics, and engagement data to proactively identify talent trends, mitigate attrition risks, and optimize organizational health
• Executive Coaching & Employee Relations: Provide expert, candid coaching to leaders and managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, complex conflict resolution, and change management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development
• 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, specifically supporting high-growth B2B Enterprise SaaS GTM teams
• Demonstrated track record of leading structured Organizational Design (re-orgs, spans/layers, territory re-alignments) and Organizational Development (leadership capability scaling, culture transformation, effectiveness programs)
• Deep understanding of SaaS GTM metrics (ARR, ACV, quota attainment, sales capacity) and how HR strategy directly influences top-line revenue growth and cost-to-serve models
• Proven capability in leading organizations through hyper-growth, shifting sales motions, and post-funding expansion
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex HR and business metrics into clear strategic recommendations
• Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge, advise, and influence senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or formal Org Design/Dev certification preferred
