Staff Product Manager (Open to Remote)

Triumph is a company focused on creating a modern and secure freight transaction network. They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value
• Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's capabilities
• Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives
• Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies

Requirements:

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role
• Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes
• Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• MBA or advanced degree
