Behavioral Health Allies is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our HR team. This position is responsible for managing high-volume recruitment for both direct care, clinical, and professional positions, identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and providing an excellent candidate experience. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication, organization, proactive sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities at once. We are looking for a Recruiter who is proactive, organized, relationship-focused, and results-oriented. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a high-volume environment, knows how to build strong candidate pipelines, and is passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities to support people with disabilities and behavioral health needs.
The Recruiter will support hiring for all positions in the organization such as Direct Support Professionals, Behavioral Technicians, drivers, paraprofessionals, BCBAs, teachers, Speech-Language Pathologists, therapists, program managers, and other professional and leadership roles.

Starting Pay: Our compensation is competitive within the market. The minimum salary for this position begins at $58,656 annually, with your final offer based on a combination of your education, relevant experience, and overall qualifications. There may be potential for performance based incentives.
