The Senior Director, Supply Chain serves as the senior supply chain leader for the Component Services business, responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize inventory, enhance customer service, improve operational performance, and support profitable growth. This role provides leadership and oversight of supply chain activities across the business network and serves as the primary liaison between the Component Services organization and centralized Supply Chain function. This role has full accountability for end-to-end supply chain performance across the Component Services network.
Working closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain leadership, the Director ensures alignment between business objectives and supply chain capabilities while driving continuous improvement across planning, inventory, logistics, supplier performance, and fulfillment processes.
