As our new Field Service Technician, you will be performing on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial pump systems and water technology solutions for customers across your assigned territory. The salary range for this position is $ 52,100.00 - $60,000.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.

First-Time Fix Rate (FTFR): High rate of successfully diagnosing and repairing water treatment systems during the initial visit, minimizing the need for return trips.
System Uptime: Effectively troubleshooting PLC, PID, and mechanical issues to restore client water treatment operations quickly and minimize costly customer downtime.
Testing Accuracy: Precise execution of chemistry analysis and electrical testing using multimeters, ensuring systems are calibrated safely and correctly.
Deployment Readiness: Successfully completing at least 200 days of international travel per year while maintaining high performance and adapting smoothly to varying field environments.
Time-Sensitive Execution: Meeting tight deadlines and resolving technical emergencies under pressure without sacrificing work quality.
Zero Safety Incidents: Consistently conducting rigorous risk assessments before starting every job, ensuring a 100% incident-free track record for themselves and the customer site.
Process Adherence: Strict compliance with the company’s well-defined business workflows, service best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
